Atlas Run Club offers private, individual, or small group coaching for athletes of all ages and abilities. Our personalized training is aimed at helping you reach all of your running goals ranging from the 100m up to cross country. Private coaching is a great way to get personalized training specifically meant to fit your fitness needs and running goals . Our high school coaching is offered for a wide age range of athletes with all different skills sets, ages, and goals. All private coaching includes personalized training plans, running recommendations and progress tracking. Private coaching can be scheduled around your day and time preferences. Why consider private coaching as a high school athlete?
Many high school track and field/XC programs do not have the time or resources to cater workouts or training plans for each individual athlete. Running is a multifaceted sport that requires a balance of endurance, strength, speed, mobility, and recovery. Training equilibrium is something that must be learned, developed over time, and differs from athlete to athlete. When athletes are young and developing they often struggle to find this balance within a large standardized program. Private coaching gives athletes the opportunity to work one-on-one with a coach to discover what their training load balance is. Athletes then receive a personalized training plan which can increase fitness, lower risk of injury and optimize performance outcomes.
